Dear the powers that be,

Please could you fix it for me, to have sound working on my MacBook 5,2 when lucid is released. I don’t know if it works yet but I sure hope it does, manual installs get me down :(

    I presume you have a hda intel sound card ?

    Sound is working on my MacBook 5,1 with lucid. The 5,2 is similar to the 5,1 so it’s looking good.

    @Conor year, at the mo I’m having to rebuild the driver for hda-intel from a snapshot, it’s really anoying that every new kernel release I have to do this :/
